This short class is intended for leaders and decision makers who want to be exposed to life cycle planning incorporating the various IOR and EOR options to maximize oil and gas recovery from their fields. The Key IOR and EOR processes such as horizontal wells, artificial lift, water injection gas/WAG, chemical and thermal will be discussed. Key risk/uncertainties often associated with these projects and de-risking strategies will be discussed. Several case studies will be presented. Videos will be played to compliments the lectures. Participants are encouraged to give a 15 minutes presentation of own challenges and blockers to increase production and reserve.
