Participants will learn how to bring the firm to compete successfully in the market, to manage its business operations, and to strengthen its prospects for the long term success. In addition, the students will learn how to develop a business model that outlines the firm’s customers value proposition and its profit formula. The course includes training in: Strategic Analysis: creating competitive advantage, analysis of the external environment of the firm, and analysis of the internal environment of the firm Strategic Formulation: business level strategy, corporate level strategy, international strategy, and entrepreneurial strategy Strategic Implementation: strategic control and governance, creating effective organization designs, strategic leadership, and management innovation and fostering corporate entrepreneurship Real life cases will be discussed in class among the students and the professor/facilitator. Participants are encouraged to give a 15 minutes presentation of own challenges and blockers
